Michelle M ("The Organiser") – Terms & Conditions of Booking

Fanciful is a platform so any booking you make is contract between yourself and The Organiser of that event. Should you have any questions relating to the event you have booked these must be directed to the organiser concerned.

By booking and paying for a ticket you show that you agree to all the following terms and conditions of booking.

You also represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms & conditions below:

• Event ticket purchases are non-refundable, changeable, or transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. In the case of an event cancellation by The Organiser your booking fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
• Entry without a ticket is prohibited. You must have a valid booking confirmation email with you (either electronic or printed) to guarantee entry.
• The Organiser takes no responsibility for 3rd party online apps/tools used to purchase tickets or matching.
• Leaving an event part-way through without advising a member of staff may result in a future event ban.
• We may request to ID upon entry. You may be denied entry without valid ID.
• Under extraordinary circumstances, event venues are subject to change at any time prior to the event start time.
• The Organiser is not responsible for any travel/accommodation expenses should we have to amend/cancel an event.
• Failure to attend an event at its published start time may result in you not being admitted with no refund available.
• Failure to attend without notice. Should you be registered for an event and not attend, The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to future events.
• It is solely the attendee’s responsibility to make travel preparations to and from the venue and to monitor public transport availability.
• By purchasing a ticket or adding your name to a waiting list, your email address and name will be added to our database for marketing purposes but can be removed at any time by request.
• The Organiser makes no guarantee that you will find meet a “match” at our events.
• The Organiser aims to deliver a 50/50 male to female ratio at all events. The Organiser give no guarantee of final gender ratio attendance on the evening.
• The event organiser cannot guarantee you will meet a specific number of attendees at a given event or that attendees will meet a specific age criteria or profile.
• The Organiser takes no responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.
• We are unable to check or verify the identity or background of any participant at our events. We ask you to approach any meeting with any participant of an event with the same caution that you would exercise in any other situation.
• By purchasing tickets and or participating in any event you agree that neither The Organiser, their staff or associates are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in this event. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with The Organiser. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
• A photographer/videographer may be present at the event, or our team may take pictures for marketing purposes.
• Conduct: You agree to be respectful to everyone you meet at our events including clients, hosts, and venue staff. You agree to meet all the participants at the event you have purchased a ticket for. Any reasonable complaint upheld against your conduct will result in you being asked to leave the venue along with a permanent future event ban with no option for a refund.
• Where food is included as part of the event (this will be clearly stated on the event listing) any specific dietary requirements must be communicated prior to the event. We can make no guarantees about the ingredients of food served.
• Where drinks are included, this will be clearly stated on an event listing. In other cases, drinks purchased are chargeable at the venue.
