FAQs

All the women’s tickets are sold out. How can I still get a spot? Women’s tickets go fast. If they’re sold out, you can choose the “1 Woman + 1 Man” ticket option. It’s discounted, and it guarantees your spot. Just invite a platonic guy friend to join you!

How many people will I talk to? Participants meet a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 15 members of the opposite gender. The exact number depends on ticket sales and actual attendance. If we don’t sell at least 7 women’s tickets and 7 men’s tickets, the event will be refunded.

Will I get a refund if an event is cancelled? We rarely cancel events, but if we ever do- whether due to unforeseen circumstances or low ticket sales—you will receive a full refund.

Are tickets refundable? Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you purchase Purchase Protection and notify us at least 48 hours before the event, we’ll move you to a future event free of charge. This helps us maintain balanced ratios for everyone.

Are ratios always even? Most of the time, yes. We control how many tickets we sell, but we can’t always control who actually shows up. If, for example, 10 women and 11 men attend, each man will still rotate through and meet all 10 women. Everyone still gets the full experience.

How do I match with someone? We use a digital matchmaking system. Before the event, you’ll create a quick profile with a few photos and a short bio. At the end of the night, you’ll digitally select who you’d like to see again. If you match with someone, you’ll receive an email notification. We’ll also notify you if you have no matches, so you’re never left wondering.

Why is there an age range? We set age ranges to help create a more intentional, comfortable, and compatible dating experience. Keeping participants within a similar life stage increases the likelihood of meaningful matches.
